Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education, whose mission is to focus on the production, management, service management and front-line job training of highly skilled, high-quality technical and skilled personnel. According to the Ministry of Education, the scale of the development of higher vocational colleges is growing. However, expanding the scale of higher vocational colleges how to better serve the community while cultivating the spirit of innovation according to the characteristics of students in vocational colleges, and full of practical ability of high-quality talents, become the focus of the current vocational college Thoughts and research questions. Currently Higher Vocational School of Higher Vocational College Class Counselor System is a deepening of the reform of teaching management important attempt.
