Distributive justice is not only an important part of social justice, but also the main content of class justice. In the class, the allocation of resources and opportunities is related to a student’s healthy growth and development. So it needs a reasonable theory to guide the distribution of our class management.Rawls puts forward two principles of justice. The author thinks that the famous principle of distribution is more suitable for Rawls to solve the problems of distributive justice in the class management, and try to apply the principle to solve the problem of distributive justice in the class. Because Rawls’ theory reflects a preference for the least beneficiaries, a kind of trying to make a society justice through some sort of compensation or redistribution among many members. It reflect a desire for an equal status.Rawls’ theory is consistent with the core of current class management.This paper uses a case study method, select a rural primary school as a case, which is in Hebei Province. It analyzed the uneven distribution of resources and opportunities that exist in the class justice problems in detail.This paper is mainly divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the research origin, sort out literature review of the issue about fair distribution of resources and opportunities in the class management, and defined the four core concept,including class management, class resources, development opportunities and distributive justice. The second part is the research design. This part is including research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, reasons of the selected case, the theory origin of research. The third part is the study process and found. Firstly, it describes the situation of S primary school. Secondly, it describe the problem of the S primary school class management resources and opportunities of unfair distribution, mainly from the class of resource allocation and development opportunity distribution. The unfair resource allocation of the class activities includes learning resource, class space resources, boarder grant unfair distribution and teachers’ concern distribution. Development opportunities includes opportunity of class election, opportunities of participate in the formulation of the class system distribution and unfair opportunities of participate in class activities. Thirdly, According to the head teacher in class management, the author explores four reasons, including lack of teacher quality fair, the class system does not conform to the “principle of justice”, lack “sense of justice” in class psychology atmosphere and non justice factors in class activities. The fourth part is research conclusions and recommendations for the class. In the conclusion part, the author summarize the research method, the research process and research found. In the suggestion part, According to the distribution of Rawls Justice Theory and the actual situation of S primary school class management, it is concluded that the suggestion of the four aspects, including improve the teacher’s quality of justice, to develop in line with the “principle of justice” class system, “sense of Justice” of the class psychology atmosphere construction, distributive justice in class activities.
