Classical Chinese teaching plays a very important role during Chinese teaching in high senior school. First of all, the structure in classical Chinese is the foundation of modern Chinese grammar. By learning classical Chinese grammar,students can better understand and use the modern Chinese grammar to improve their language literacy. Secondly, the outstanding works of classical Chinese is a valuable cultural resources which the ancients left us. Through the study of classical Chinese,students can understand the way of ancient life, customs,and the ancients virtues,understand varieties of traditional culture, develop the passion for loving the great motherland. Finally, in the national entrance examination for university classical Chinese occupies high proportion, which has a direct impact on examination results.However,during nowadays classical Chinese teaching in high school, most of the teachers still translate the classical Chinese word by word, explain classical Chinese grammar knowledge without integrating the text.This method of teaching can not make students understand the text on the whole.what is worse, students feel bored in the learning process, so in order to achieve a great effect, we require teachers to use integrate teaching as their own teaching goals, abandon vocabulary teaching based on fragmentation of teaching methods, think of improving the students’ knowledge level,literature culture and learning ability as their teaching goals.The essay is about high school classical Chinese teaching including five parts,the first part is the introduction, mainly expounds the research origin, content,theoretical basis, the domestic research status and research methods and significance.The second and the third part from the overall perspective of the literary language and literature teaching situation and Shanghai nearly three years of college entrance examination classical questions, elaborates the high school writings in classical Chinese teaching is necessary. The fourth part of the classical Chinese teaching simple overview and respectively from the classical knowledge of Chinese, classical Chinese ability three aspects of teaching the feasibility and the overall teaching strategies.Finally is the conclusion of the above Content summary and points out the space for the development of the paper.
