At present, the interactive learning mode of teachers is one of the hot topics of education reform, the teacher education in China needs further improvement. Although experts in the field of educational practice put forward some solutions, and also obtain certain achievements, the problems such as backward concepts, lack of professionalism and poor management still persist in teacher education. Teacher workstation can address the problems such as the lack of formality, low efficiency, unprofessionalism and unrealism which exist in the traditional elementary and middle school teachers’ training.This paper mainly adopts case study method and literature research method to explore the training modes of elementary school mathematics teachers. First of all, this paper summarizes the construction concepts of the established and famous teacher workstations as gathering "individual’s wisdoms", exploring "nature" to consolidate "foundation", tracing the "source" and "roots" systematically, and also analyzes their implementation principles which are based on interactivity, inherent and generative teaching, as well as their internal operation mechanisms which focus on the guiding role of famous teachers, cooperation, practices and reflection, sustained attention and "solid foundation". On this basis, this paper discusses the operation methods of Wu Zhengxian elementary school mathematics teacher workstation which adheres to principle of guiding by teachers, interactive training, reflection and practice, follow-up investigation and expanding influence, and its operation improves increasingly. It not only provides reference for the management of other famous workstations, but also promotes the professional and sustainable development of teachers. Afterwards, this paper conducts detailed research on Wu Weimin, Li huiling and Sun Guige who are young teachers with different characteristics and styles, to further explore the mode that Wu Zhengxian elementary school mathematics teacher workstation trains young teachers. Finally, based on the reflection brought by Wu Zhengxian elementary school mathematics teacher workstation, this paper puts forward new training modes of teachers from such three aspects as value guiding, model demonstration and training culture.This paper starts from the perspective of teachers’ training, and takes Wu Zhengxian elementary school mathematics teacher workstation as an example, to propose new teachers’ training methods, which promotes the innovation of teachers education and integrates training and conducting research together, to develop a diversified teacher culture, so as to promote teachers’ professional development.
