Teachers’ information technology application ability training is a education project by the state to the popularity of the information technology and vigorously promote, is to improve the in-service teachers’ information ability is one of the main ways and in the training of teachers are included for the training of the network link. Recently, the study and analysis technology has been widely used in the field of education, and it has been predicted for the next 5 years as a technology that will be developed in the next 4 years. In this paper, the characteristics of the network learning behavior of teachers in the process of teacher training are analyzed from the individual characteristics and technical environment factors. The learning analysis technology can present the learning process and learning environment of the learners from the macro or micro level, and discover the problems encountered by learners and learners in a timely manner. The study and analysis of technology of the teachers’ network learning behavior analysis, analysis results can assist teachers training, for training workers provide many suggestions and enlightenment, to the learner with a way to understand the state of learning, researchers and platform for developers to provide more relevant training platform of information. The analysis method of literature research, data mining and regression analysis, to teachers in the teacher training process of network learning behavior of individual factors and environmental factors were analyzed, analysis process carried out in accordance with the provisions of technical analysis of the five analyzed part of learning.This paper includes five chapters, the analysis process in accordance with the basic steps of learning analysis, the main analysis is focused on the fourth chapter. The first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research background, the domestic and foreign research progress, and summarizes the main work content, the research method, the goal and the practical significance. The second chapter is the basic theory part, introduces the main concepts of this paper and the classification of teachers’ online learning behavior and its factors. In the third chapter, the basic environment of the study, the process of data collation is introduced, the basic information of teachers to do a statistical analysis of the data. The fourth chapter is the core part of this paper. First, it makes a statistical analysis of the four kinds of teachers’ online learning behavior, and obtains the rules and characteristics of the network learning behavior of the four teachers. And then analyzes the individual characteristics of four kinds of teacher network learning behavior analysis, finally is network of teachers’ learning behavior and learning achievements by regression analysis, fitting out a regression equation. The last chapter is the conclusion of the study, limitations and prospects, the author of the main research contents and results were summarized and summarized, illustrate the limitations of existing, put forward the direction of further research.Through study and analysis, this study first obtained a series of characteristics of the teacher’s online learning behavior, which can bring a lot of improvement or improvement to the training work. Secondly, we can get the influence degree of the teacher "s characteristics on the four kinds of learning behaviors under the network environment, so as to supervise the different behaviors of the teachers. Finally, the regression equation between the teacher’s network learning achievement and learning behavior is obtained, and the practical experience of the training staff is combined with the regression equation, which can be used to predict the teacher’s academic performance.
