Since 2005, China has entered the stage of full implementation of the curriculum reform of basic education, and gradually implemented the new curriculum reform in the whole country, referred to as "the new curriculum reform". The core value idea of the new curriculum reform is "people-oriented", and the core task is to change the learning style and the teaching process to a process of positive interaction and common development between teachers and students. "Activity teaching" is one of the important means of "new curriculum reform". Its goal is to be consistent with the goal of "new curriculum reform", but it has its own characteristics. The goal of "activity teaching" is to make students grasping the basic method of learning and scientific inquiry, by self experience the process of learning and scientific research, and to cultivate students’ ability to acquire and process information, analyze and solve problems, communicate and cooperate with the ability of innovation and practice. Through the students’ comprehensive and diversified principal part practice, the overall development of the subject spirit, practice ability and various qualities were promoted. But there is still a long way to go to introduce the "activity teaching" to the classes, the physics class, especially the high school physics class, in theoretical level and practical level,In this research, for the lack of the experiment course in Blackbody radiation physics teaching in high school, three teaching courses was designed, On the basis of scientific and technological research activities, under the guidance of the theory, based on the principle of color imaging CCD camera ,Implement in Technology Activity Courses. They are Camera imaging principle Course, the relationship between solid radiation and temperature, blackbody radiation simulation experiments.After school, Students can make blackbody model of cartons, and study blackbody problem to Form perceptual unknowingly. Therefore, by carrying out these teaching activities, the students can summed up the law of thermal radiation by themselves,so the students classroom participation can be improved,and the students interest in learning physics can be stimulated, which help students form an active interest in life, willing to explore nature scientific literacy and the ability to solve practical problems. By evaluating scientific and technological activities, students can keep abreast of their knowledge and ability level by themselves.
