Anxiety refers to the individual in the unfounded premise, face a potential threat, risk or fail to achieve the goal of a mood of fear, anxiety. Anxiety is a negative emotion, could have a negative impact on people’s physical and mental health development. In modern society, due to the rapid economic development, competition is fierce, huge work stress and family stress and many people suffering from anxiety disorders, have some adverse in its physiological and psychological effects. Statistics show that young is the symptom of high risk groups, perhaps with young and middle-aged are the backbone of social development than the children and the elderly to take on more social responsibility. In that group, anxiety and learning in senior high school students accounted for a high proportion. In middle school students in the, especially graduated class middle school students, learning anxiety mood very general, investigate its reasons, main and following five a aspects or said five a dimension degrees about, that:(1) graduated exam of pressure; (2) students Zhijian fierce of competition; (3) knowledge of difficulty (4) self effectiveness sense low; (5) too concern exam results and others evaluation. How to chemistry seeking appropriate mitigating anxiety and promote learning solutions to help students grow up healthily, is the purpose of this study.This paper starts from the questionnaire,2014 high school graduating class as the object of study, taking two classes and one class studying time lasted nearly a year, a comprehensive understanding of different learning and learning ability of the students in the learning process, especially chemical process in the anxiety level, cause of the anxiety and anxiety influence on learning outcomes. Through the separate interviews of a typical representative of the students, understand the students anxiety of learning specific behaviors, thoughts and needs. Then combined students psychological features and the subject features, through:in teaching Shang, implementation teaching means diversified, and teaching content life of, and teaching strategy efficient of, and teaching evaluation rationalization; learning method Shang, guide students right awareness high school knowledge structure features, looking for efficient learning method, habit good learning habits; in psychological Shang, help students set faith, determination quality, improve self effectiveness sense, aspects looking for effective to solution method and strategy. Convening class meetings in the form of group counseling, individual students are tracked individually mentoring manner in order to reduce the degree of students’learning anxiety, promote the development of students’physical and mental health.Twice by the same group of questionnaire statistics before and after, as well as classes, control classes and interviewed students academic achievement change quantitative statistics, description can relieve anxiety for high school students academic progress to play a positive role. Most importantly, anxiety relief to mental health plays an important role in the development, will benefit their lives.
