In terms of realistic situation, the wall culture has become the "need" in elementary school, but the "necessary" is hidden behind a kind of indifference, for culture wall built by who, what, what kind of questions will give important enlightenment.Therefore, this study choose wall culture attention focused on W elementary school, with the method of ethnography research, mainly through participatory observation and in-depth interviews to obtain first-hand information, then select from the classroom wall culture, cultural corridor wall, the campus building exterior wall cultural three spatial dimensions to the walls of the "deep description", at the same time use pictures to more bright show wall of the true state of culture construction and operation mechanism. Finally, through the analysis and thinking, find the wall culture construction is not along with the gender, subjective, behind the walls of the construction of the culture always has certain theoretical support or value appeal, the microscopic to the school is its school-running idea, it has become the premise of the wall construction of school culture. Therefore, this thesis mainly is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly includes the study of the origin, research significance, the core concept definition and literature review of four parts. Wall culture was thought to be mainly students main body and all the staff in school presents the relevant education information on the wall, one is the external embodiment of school education idea, the second is internal display student’s spirit, paying attention to the life state of the students and meaning of life, its ultimate causes the student to obtain the purpose of the development and experience of life.The second part is the research object and research method. This article will study focused on the W elementary school, first of all, the situation of the W elementary school, the wall culture of the W elementary school and select the wall of the school culture as the research object related to the reasons for the introduction and interpretation, then this paper introduces the method of ethnography research, including the connotation of ethnography, choosing the reason of ethnography, the advancement of research of the necessary in this paper.The third part is the observation records and interviews. This part is the main factor, mainly from the space position of wall culture on the classroom wall culture, cultural corridor wall, the campus building exterior wall culture "deep description", participatory observation and in-depth interviews was used to obtain the real cultural wall material, then the authenticity of the reduction of wall culture, making a good bedding for our further study.The fourth part is the analysis and thinking. This is ascending part of this article theory, choose from the educational philosophy of wall culture demands, wall elements of culture, cultural personality and consistency of the construction of the wall and wall of culture construction path sorted out the four main aspects. Thinking of the wall culture construction should be actively creation under the guidance of educational philosophy, the need to form a rational knowledge on ideology, drawing rich nutrition from history and reality and for the future independently on the basis of the creation, the ultimate goal is to make the student to obtain happiness, growth and happiness. |
