Home-school cooperation plays an important role in the development of schools and the overall development of students. Especially for high school students, they are in a special stage of life, with psychological development in a critical period,academic pressure, and academic career planning need and home-school cooperation for them is significant. However, in our country, although the home-school cooperation has been implemented for decades, the home school cooperation effect is not satisfactory. Found from the literature review, interview and questionnaire survey,home-school cooperation mechanism has the following problems: the first is the lack of cooperation environment between home and schools. The parents do not have the awareness of educating the children with schools and the educators’ cooperation attitude is not sincere. Secondly, in the running of home-school cooperation mechanism, the implementation is weak. Home-school cooperation lacks for planning and continuity. The home school cooperation lacks interaction and the content of cooperation is partial, with less effectiveness. Finally, home-school cooperation lack evaluation. There are not evaluation system and evaluation criteria and the evaluation is ineffective. “ The national long-term educational reform and development plan(2010- 2020) "requires to establish the system of students development guidance,strengthening the guidance of senior high school students’ ideal,psychology and academic and other aspects, promoting the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality. The requirements of the "plan" put forward new content and requirements the home-school cooperation. At the same time, home-school cooperation also provides a platform to promote the realization of the goal of the program. In order to solve the above problems in home- school cooperation mechanism, based on the perspective of senior high school student developmental guidance system, the following strategies are put forward: the first is to establish the home- school cooperation organizations,supervision and evaluation system. The second is to make sure the operation process of home- school cooperation perfectly. Finally, families and schools should improve the attitude of home-school cooperation. Parents should change the attitude of "all the education is given by the school", and establish a sense of educating the students together with schools. Teachers should respect and welcome the parents to carry out home-school cooperation and family and school should also establish a partnership of equality. Students’ development is a comprehensive development, not only concerning on the academic achievement. For senior high school students, their physical and mental development, the view on life, value, academic and life guidance and academic planning are also practically significant.
