The Taekwondo Movement Technic And Tactics Research Of PLA Excellence Female Player

As an Olympic sport, taekwondo is developing rapidly in China. The Taekwondo team of People’s Liberation Army(TTPLA) is an important branch of Taekwondo in China, especially in women’s achievements. They won the seventh world taekwondo championship, the 21 st session of taekwondo military world championship, the 12 th national games and other major competition. Some excellent women athletes represent the Chinese women’s high competitive level of Taekwondo. As an experienced player and coach in the TTPLA, the writer has analyzed the tactics characteristics and actual combat application qualitatively and quantitatively, and drawn some conclusions of the tactic. Countermeasures and suggestions of the thesis have important practical significance for the more scientific training of TTPLA and further improving the competitive level.By the methods of collecting literature and data, observing video, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and on-the-spot investigation, the thesis has analyzed tactics used of five excellent TTPLA female athletes in the field of 18 games of national and above competition in recent three years. The thesis comes to the following conclusions:1. TTPLA excellence athletes’ technical advantages are forward cross-kick, push kick, splitting kick and cross-kick. Push kick has the highest utilization rate, accounted for 47%. Backward kick and hook kick have the lowest utilization rate, respectively accounted for 0.4% and 0.8% and with no score. The utilization rate is different in each level: in the low level, technology using is more comprehensive; in the middle level, technology using is infrequent and single; in the high level, the main technology is push kick and forward corss-kick.2. From the point of the use of technology, technologies for middle position are forward cross-kick, push kick and cross-kick; technologies for high position are forward cross-kick, push kick and splitting kick. From the point of the score, middle position cross-kick, forward cross-kick and high position splitting kick is the major scoring skills. The score of the middle position is higher than the scores from high position. But in the score rating is reversely. It means the cross-kick; forward cross-kick and splitting kick are major means of scoring. Backward kick and hook kick are relatively weak after.3. TTPLA excellence female athletes mainly used five tactics: active attack, counterattack, “at play”, “corners” and “using rule” five tactics. Active attack and “corners” have the highest utilization rate, respectively accounted for 37% and 28%. Counterattack and “using rule” are used less. “At play” is used least, respectively accounted for 7%. Active attack and counterattack are the most likely direct confrontation in the game. With the change of the venue, the corner tactic has also become one of the important tactics.4. For the TTPLA excellence female athletes, midfield utilization rate was significantly higher than that of “corner” utilization rate. From the size of the level, small level mainly adopts the active attack combined with “corner”, two tactical utilization rates are equal, the region against distributes uniformly throughout the venue. High level mainly adopts active attack and counterattack, the utilization rate of “corner” is only about half of the active attack. That means that the athletes of high level may use “corner” for one time when they use active attack twice. We can clearly see that their ability of beating continuously is inferior to those of small level. But they can drive the opponent to the edge from the midfield with more than twice offensive.
