Network resources in art education teaching began in the 1980s. Value of network resources in middle school art teaching in the following areas:network resources can provide a wide range of teaching resources for secondary school art class, helping improve the quality of classroom teaching, help students achieve personalized learning and change the way of interaction between teachers and students.Hangzhou middle school art education mainly includes the following several problems:teachers’ ideas needs to be improved, the use of network resources are not able to break the limit of space and time, teachers are hard to obtain the network video resources.Beyond the classroom’ network resource using rate is not high, lack of interaction between teachers and students of the network resources. At present, the use of network resources in hangzhou city middle school fine arts teaching type is multimedia courseware, ultimedia courseware includes network courseware middle finger image, occasionally also have video resources.In the process of learning, the network resources is just as a vehicle for lecture, did not play interactive network resources, diversity and other characteristics.Compared with the development of information-based education, in the teaching of content and form is relatively backward, the quality of education not fundamentally improved.Therefore, the further use of network video and MOOC development network teaching platform can better realize the interaction between teachers and students, improve the quality of teaching, outstanding students subjective status, promote the development of hangzhou city middle school fine arts teaching.
