Study On Cultivation Of College Students’ Innovative Consciousness

With the development of technology and the growing international competition, in the final analysis, international competition is the competition of technological innovation. Therefore, the importance of innovative talents become increasingly highlights, cultivate and improve students’ innovative consciousness is very necessary and urgent. “To implement the strategy of innovation-driven development ”has been written into the 18 th party’s report, Xi Jinping stressed: “The fundamental way is innovation”.Today times, knowledge and economy is developing very fast, innovation has become the theme of spirit and social development.College student is the most important part of innovative talents to build innovative country.Innovative consciousness of college students is directly related to the development of country and social progress. Therefore, cultivating innovative consciousness of college students is necessary and urgent.From the current status of research, we find there are many ways to cultivate students’ innovative consciousness, but the contents and features of innovative consciousness haven’t been researched deeply and haven’t systematic theory of innovative consciousness. This article from the following aspects to cultivate the innovative consciousness of college students.In the first part, through reading and researching journals and literature, propose background and significance of this research, summarize the present status of research at home and abroad.In the second part, define the innovation, innovative consciousness and innovative consciousness of college students, analysis the constitution of innovative consciousness, discuss the importance and necessity of cultivating college students’ innovative consciousness.In the third part, analysis the cultivation of students’ innovative consciousness has some problems, students’ innovation interest is insufficient; their innovation will is not firm; they are lack of innovative practices and other issues. And find students’ own factor, family education, college education and social environment, etc.These factors influence students’ innovative consciousness.In the last part, from the students’ own factors and their external environment to explore practical ways to cultivate the innovative consciousness.
