The Development Of Sichuan Vocational And Technical Education

As a major agricultural province in southwest of China, in recent years, Sichuan’s economic and industrial is developing quickly. The rapid development of economic led to the development of employment and re-employment in the field, but there are many underlying lack of low- quality persons, so it is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of modern technology. To solve the problem of shortage of talent on the status quo must evolve Sichuan Vocational and Technical Education. This article which from the current situation and the typical problems of view of Sichuan Vocational Technical Education, analysis of the current serious flaws, the traditional concept of education, weak teachers, the education system is not perfect, educational institutional mechanisms unreasonable and other issues. On this basis, this article combined with the advanced experience of foreign countries, and presents various countermeasures of Sichuan Vocational and Technical Education.This article is divided into five chapters:Chapter One: First, it studies significance of the topic which Sichuan Vocational and Technical Education Development, then analysis and reviews the current situation of vocational and technical education at home and abroad, at last, analysis and reviewed the content of the literature. Chapter two:It shows the definition and the relevant concepts of vocational and technical education, on this basis it researches base content in Sichuan Vocational and Technical Education, and for the paper studies the development of vocational and technical education, problems and solutions and methods of theoretical foundation. Chapter Three:Research on the education cases of the development Sichuan business school of vocational and technical education, through the detailed data collection, processing summary, comparative and analysis, specifically the Sichuan business school’s development of vocational and technical education current situation and future trends, in order to make scientific and feasible countermeasures. Chapter four:comprehensive analysis of the United States, Germany, Japan, Australia and the status of vocational and technical education and advanced experience of other developed countries, Lessons of development proposed. Chapter five:Sichuan Vocational and Technical Education Development proposed policies and measures.
