Combined with the students’constitution in our country in recent years continued to decline, the full implementation of quality education and the students physical deterioration of the situation, the mid-term exam sports developed, however, a lot of problems appeared in the implementation of the mid-term exam sports, this article through to the Henan province mid-term exam sports in the existed problems in the implementation of research and further for the mid-term exam sports across the country to provide some theoretical basis and methods.This paper mainly adopts literature method, interview method, field survey method, mathematical statistics, contrastive analysis as research methods. Interview method mainly interviews the competent leadership on sports, sports teachers, parents and students; Field investigation and mathematical statistics is the main part of Henan province examination site actual investigation and statistical analysis of data collected; Comparative method is through the examination of Henan province sports implementation longitudinal comparison analysis and partial provinces and cities in the mid-term exam sports horizontal comparison analysis.Through the above method draws the following consequence:(1) Through carding of Henan province from 1992 to 2014 mid-term exam sports related policies, found the mid-term exam sports system is more and more perfect, emphasis has also been improved obviously.(2)In terms of the test structure, mainly for the field test in Henan province, the only with the in-situ test and process assessment of zhengzhou and luoyang two regions.
