| The public service system of Taijiquan is an important part of the public health service system. Taking the Delphi method, literature method, interview and mathematical statistics as the research method, and based on the theory of physical education, sociology, management and economics etc, chosed Taijiquan which is national treasure and made researches on its elements of the public service system of Taijiquan. The aim is to establish the public service system to meet the public needs to adapt to the development of Tai Chi Chuan public service system.Research results:(1)Taijiquan public service system is to meet the public demand for Taichi, provided by the multiple main bodies, the government, enterprises and institutions, other social organizations or individuals of Taijiquan public service products, and in the running process of Taijiquan public service subject and object behavior. It contains several subsystems.The construction of the public service system of Tai Chi Chuan is to meet the needs of the public Taijiquan, which is provided by the government, enterprises and institutions, other social organizations or individuals, and so on. (2) The three basic dimensions of Taijiquan public service system including supply and demand security dimensions, dimensions and evaluation dimensions. Taijiquan public service system construction of system elements by three level indicators (factors) including Taijiquan public service supply and demand factors, security elements and Taijiquan public service elements to monitor public service of Taijiquan and 16 second level indicators (indicators). (3)Taijiquan public service system supply and demand dimensions including Taijiquan public service supply and demand factors, by the main body of Taijiquan public service, Taijiquan subjects in public service supply, Taijiquan public service personnel resources, Tai Chi public service funds, Taijiquan public service technology, Taijiquan public service facilities, Taijiquan public service entities site, Taijiquan public service network platform and Taijiquan public service activities nine indicators. (4)The security dimensions of Taijiquan public service system including Taijiquan public service elements of security, by Taijiquan public service system security, Taijiquan public service guarantee mechanism, the Taijiquan public service legal protection and Taijiquan public service information technology security four indicators composition. (5)Taijiquan public service system evaluation dimensions including Taijiquan public service monitoring elements, by Taijiquan public service supervision and management, Taijiquan public service performance evaluation and Taijiquan public service information feedback three index composition. |
