Research On The Influencing Factors And Strategy In The Uygur-Han Ethnic Cultural Integration In Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

The children of all Chinese nationalities in the historical process of integration have created and constructed a unified multi-ethnic country, in the process the splendid Chinese culture was created. It not only embodies the various nationalities in the social practice of collective wisdom, and at the same time, fully embodies the culture of all nationalities forming a compatible dependent relationship. In this case the Xinjiang Uygur and Han culture communion is a two-way communication process with mutual respect and equal dialogue. It has extensive impacts on social life, and is simultaneously affected by many factors, including economics, politics, education, religious belief. By giving fully respect and recognition to the diversity of ethnicity and culture in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and realizing the unity of pluralistic cultural pattern, it has realistic significance to the promotion of the tolerance and attractiveness, centripetal force, cohesion and influence of the Chinese culture, thus to play a supporting role of cultural in the construction of a harmonious society.This paper consists of an introduction and five chapters, the comprehensive research methods are used including literature research, comparative analysis and systematic inductive method. The influencing factors to the cultural integration in Xinjiang are discussed in detail concerning economic factors, political factors, language and cultural factors, religion factors respectively. Facing with the problems at the present process of cultural integration, four suggestions are proposed including strengthening the core values and the construction of public cultural services; taking the developing opportunity of "One Belt And One Road", promoting the prosperity of cultural industries; strengthening bilingual education, cultivating practical talents; fostering the positive aspects in the religious culture.
