The ability to learn and develop the primary language, the language writing skills play a vital role in writing the one hand, the level of impact on student achievement, on the one hand reflects students’ language literacy. But students often due to the presence of writing some of the problems, I do not know how to write, nothing to say, the meaning of the expression is not accurate and so on reason when writing for fear of writing. Writing skills valued by man since ancient times, especially in today’s modern information society, whether through traditional paper books or advanced electronic network, can get a lot of information. Faced with this information, students need after extensive reading needs to extract part of their point of view, processing order, and then to express more people know. So writing ability of students is essential for future development. American futurist John Naisbitt in his book "trend" had asserted: "In this text increasingly intensive society, we need to write more than ever." Thus, primary school language teachers in their daily curricula should increase students’ Chinese writing teaching, so that students constantly improving writing skills while meeting curriculum standards, in line with the requirements for talents.Fifth Grade plays a connecting role in the whole process of learning elementary school. Written in a certain expression training primary grades, students have some basic writing, the training of teachers working in their writing skills more purely, and the need to prepare for the high school writing. However, just teachers, parents, student feedback, writing in the language, since the writing skills in some areas there are problems, the student writes in the essay to be very difficult, is not irrelevant, word is too small, full of loopholes, the wording jerky is endless, logic is not clear, people reading confusing, boring. Writing is a core competency of students must master, as well as language education priorities. Fifth Grade solve problems of students’ writing ability is imminent. An effective research will not only guide the practice of school teachers, but also to make up for the gap in the literature on. This is also the author started studying the topic of significance. After I read a lot of literature This article lists the primary high school students need to master basic writing skills as well as the students’ practical writing which should also have the ability, as a basis to start a detailed investigation, interviews, find out what are the students in their daily writing and be clear problem analysis to identify improved methods and strategies to improve students’ writing ability.This paper is divided into six main sections: Introduction part, first explained why in this study the issues raised. Are described separately from the policy, three aspects of the theory and practice.
