Have good social skills is one of the important factors to succeed. Because of hearingobstacles,deaf people have some Interpersonal problems when they communicate with hearing people.Which makes their activities often is limitde in the circle of the deaf.And that seriously affected they social integration. The development of the network, the use of social media opened a new heaven and earthfor deaf interpersonal.When communicate with the hearing people on the Internet, the deaf won’t be stressed only because he\sheis deaf.Many exchanges on the network, make deaf people won’t lead to a drop in communication objectbecause of a failure to communicate, and the deaf people have more thinking time in communication on the network due to messagedelayed.Onthe network,deaf people can initiatively associate with othersselectively, multi-channel and not restricted by space-time. On the network deaf people canshow their own strength in a variety of ways and acquire more social knowledge and development opportunity. Therefore taking advantage of Internet is necessary to develop social skills of the deaf.In order to make the social skills limited within a controlled intervention, and to provide an environment to interactwith the society and others for deaf students’ social skills development. In this study, entrepreneurial cognitive activities on the network to run a deaf students social skills intervention, and discuss some key strategies and methods that need to pay attention in deaf students’ social skills intervention based on the network.This study refers to the "Minnesota deaf and hard of hearing students social skill check list" and the relevant research, has carried on the investigation and analysis of social skills of deaf students,and the network utilization and entrepreneurial interests and cognitive aspectsby employing self-made questionnaire on the basis of reference to relevant research and questionnaire. According to the above three survey,made an analysis on deaf students’ capacity and demand in social skills, network utilization and entrepreneurialability.then designed a social skills development intervention scheme based on network that appropriate for college students, and intervention will be given based on the above.In accordance with the related social theory and deaf and hard of hearing students’ social skills QQ record about intervention, the intervention is effective, these results reflected in:Improvedthe deaf student’s consciousnes to enlarge the range of social communication by making use of a lot of weak relationship information; Increased the deaf student’s courageto carry out the social interactionin unfamiliar social networking fields;Raised the deaf student’s ability to makechoice and judgment constantly in social interaction;Improved the ability to resist loneliness in the process of through social media to satisfy need. In web-based social intervention of the deaf, what need to pay attention to:Social intervention should be driven by activity;Student should be as the dominant in intervention and grows in the exploration;It is suitable to start the intervention of the deaf students through social networking tools,there are not communication disorders for both two sides on this kind of platform; Should give guidance and help whenit is difficult to complete the task or action deviation for deaf student;Whenthe deaf student have difficulty, the degree of guidancecarefully or not is based on the student’s need.
