Students’ learning burnout refers to university students since the academic pressure or a lack of interest in learning and learning tired of negative attitudes and behavior of college students seriously affect health. Beijing universities’ volleyball high-level athletes is not only ordinary students, but also professional athletes. Faced with the dual pressures of school and training, there will inevitably be learning burnout.Significance of this study is to analyze the current situation by Beijing universities’ volleyball high-level athletes’ learning burnout, causes and influencing factors and come up with strategies for learning burnout athletes provide some theoretical basis and practical guidance. Expectations and demands put forward from the community, family, school and personal four areas to help athletes learn burnout prevention and mitigation, to reduce the negative impact of learning burnout.In this paper, the Beijing universities’ volleyball high-level athletes learning burnout studied:(1) the use of "university students’ learning burnout scale" investigate their learning situation burnout;(2) by using a self-made "high-level athletes studying in Beijing Universities’ Volleyball Burnout factors questionnaire " to athlete questionnaires and interviews with psychologists and athletes, investigation and analysis of factors Affecting their learning burnout and causes;(3) ease their learning burnout proposed countermeasures.By using homemade "Beijing universities’ volleyball high-level athletes factors of learning burnout questionnaire" for ranking athletes in Beijing Universities’ volleyball questionnaires, and interviews with psychologists and athletes, in order to understand the factors and learning burnout the reason. The results showed that: social, family, school, personal four aspects have an impact on athletes’ learning burnout. On this basis, the proposed countermeasures.The study concluded that:1. Beijing universities’ volleyball there are high-level athletes moderate learning burnout phenomenon, although not too serious attention should be paid. Learning burnout depression, inappropriate behavior, low achievement in three dimensions, they learn burnout mainly for misconduct.2. Beijing Universities’ Volleyball High-Level Athletes learn science and engineering than liberal arts professional learning burnout serious. And no significant difference between sex, school, grade, grades, volleyball training age, family living standards, there are individual differences in learning only three burnout dimensions.3. Beijing universities’ volleyball high-level athletes learning burnout factors and reasons: social, family, school and personal four aspects. Mainly schools and individuals.4. Beijing universities’ volleyball high-level athletes learning burnout measures also for society, families, schools and individuals in four areas.
