In modern society, more and more companies realize that corporate training and education is an important part of human resource development strategy, play an important role in improving staff quality and core competitiveness of enterprises. As the main perpetrators of corporate training and education, corporate training division capacity and quality will directly affect the effectiveness and quality of their training. Core corporate trainer specialized construction, is The Professional standards for corporate trainer (hereinafter referred to as standard) promulgated by Human Resources and Social Security Ministry of China in 2002. How their application status since the Standard promulgate? What are the problems in the practical application? We see standard as the main content based on these problems. Select several director of the Training Center, corporate trainers and participate part in Shanghai corporate trainer standards established. Through interview and understand the application status of the standard and problems in the practice. Analyzing the reasons of the problems, several internal contradictions is exist in the application status. Contradiction between hysteresis content and enterprise content.Contradiction between standard and actual business. Contradiction between government-led multi-stakeholder involvement. Contradiction between formulation, supervision, evaluation and feedback. I will give some suggestions for Improving the recommendations of The Standard in practice based on these studies.
