Therefore, this paper to Anhui Province County, Lujiang County as an example, in-depth investigation were specific research, from a practical point of view, the paper discusses in county family planning management department in the rural population and family planning work in the problem.According to statistics,2014 Lujiang County population reached 120 million, as the population of the county, in Anhui Province is the most populous county, mainly in the Han nationality, including Hui, Zhuang, Manchu, Dong, Bai nationality, Tujia and Miao Nationalities, many kinds, large quantity, so relative to other areas at the county level, students work difficulty is big, wide range, which has a very good representative.Carried out in this paper is a survey of family planning in County, Lujiang County, Anhui Province as the representative, first mainly introduces the problem background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and research methods used and the own innovation, main content of research will be clearly described; introduces related concepts.
