Analysis The Family Planning Services On Floating Population

The number of rural surplus labor is more and more with the development of China's economic and social. Rural people flood the city to provide a large labor force for the development of the city, at the same time the increasing number of floating population brings serious challenge to family planning services management. Part of the floating population goes out just want to get rid of family planning in order to have more children, while another part wants to improve family income. Overall, because of many reasons such as the low level of education, no fixed employment, low income, and the backward concept of birth, it is very difficult to carry out the family planning service for the most floating population. The work of family planning of floating population is very important, it relations to our country's overall development. We must strengthen the ability of family planning services of floating population, it is not only important for stabilizing the low fertility level, but also significant for achieving the coordinated development of population and economic.This article is in the above context; the writer will research and analysis the family planning services of floating population in Wangjiaqiao community in Wuhua Area, and propose a solution to solve the existing problems. The first chapter introduces the research background, points out the importance and significance of the Floating Population Service Management, defines the relevant concepts, and lists the methods of this essay. The second chapter discusses the theories used in this article, and writes the relationship between each theory and this article. In chapter Ⅲ, the writer reviews the relevant policies of the development process on the management of floating population of family planning services respectively in the aspect of the national level and Yunnan province. The fourth chapter focuses on the achievements of family planning services of the floating population provided by Wuhua Area planning department. Chapter V analyses the questionnaire about the family planning services of the floating population in Wangjiaqiao community to find the problems. Chapter VI put forward proposal to solve the existing problems in order to improve the service level in the future and to meet the service needs of the floating population. My proposal is mainly establish a demand-oriented service system with a single localization management and community service management model.
