This paper is on caring education theory based learning, CN District, Shanghai City, primary school migrant workers’ children is modeled and studies the transformation of students and the development of poor. The theory is an important basis for the writing, it reflects the idea of educational equity, emphasizing respect for students’ life, pay attention to the students’ experience and the feeling.
