With the development of the Internet era, a new teaching method--Micro-lecture has appeared in the field of education. The Micro-lecture breaks the traditional teaching mode; the students’ learning method becomes more flexible and rich.Each education workers must face the education problem of students with learning difficulties. For the graduating students with learning difficulties, they face the first major exam of their life--senior high school entrance examination; they feel great pressure of school. But through the Micro-lecture, the students with Mathematics learning difficulties can learn basic knowledge by themselves and promote the transformation of learning difficulties.Through summarizing and analyzing the literature research, the relevant theory and practice of Micro-lecture and students with learning difficulties, the author defines the graduating students with Mathematics learning difficulties, analyzes reasons in social, family, school, teachers and their own, etc., and explores the reasons for the formation of students with Mathematics learning difficulties.The author makes twelve micro teaching experiments on seventeen students with Mathematics learning difficulties in two classes in a public experimental school. Through a questionnaire survey of students’ learning interest and generation analysis in previous, the author conducts needs analysis. For the common geometry and algebra Curriculums, the author carries out specific Micro-lecture design. The curriculum has been improved several rounds by collecting the students’ feedback and the information received by the teacher.Research results show that: Micro-lecture can promote the transformation of students with Mathematics learning difficulties; they do better homework than ever before. Through study hard in Micro-lecture, students with Mathematics learning difficulties have more or less improved their scores; achievements have enhanced their learning motivation and learning confidence. The new teaching method of Micro-lecture enhances the learning interest and initiative of students with Mathematics learning difficulties.
