The teaching of mathematics in junior middle school is the inevitable trend of the modernization of mathematics education, but also the urgent demand of modern mathematics education theory and psychological development of junior middle school students. However, the examination-oriented education system in today’s mathematics classroom teaching is more serious, so that in the classroom teaching the mathematical culture mixed with mathematics teaching become apparent. This paper discusses the mathematical culture in mathematics teaching in various forms:mathematics history, mathematics application, mathematics thinking method, mathematics rational spirit, mathematics beauty, mathematics language, teachers can help the students feel the substantiality of mathematics culture through the above methods, also can help the students set up the scientific view of the world, improve their mathematics accomplishment.The research methods of this paper are:literature research, questionnaire survey, interview method, case study method. This paper expounds the connotation, characteristic, extension of the mathematics culture and its research actuality through the literature research. Through the questionnaire survey and interview method, this paper analyzes the difficulties in the integration of mathematics culture and junior high school mathematics teaching and puts forward that the main reason is that teacher’s conceptions of teaching relatively lagging behind their teaching philosophy.This paper combines with the results of the research and teaching experience of the equation teaching in the junior high school, explores six ways for the mathematical culture integrating into the junior middle school mathematics teaching from the perspective of the new curriculum reform. The research of this thesis has a certain effect on the teaching of mathematics in junior middle school. It will have a profound influence on the students’ interest and ability in the lifelong learning. It is helpful to improve the students’ mathematics personality and promote their physical and mental health.
