Virtual experiment is products oftraditional experiment combined with the rapid development of information technology, in the early days of its birth been high hopes. The unique advantages of virtual experiment have unparalleled teaching effectwith real experiment, and it’s an important direction of the experimental teaching’s development.With the rapid development ofeducationalinformatization, the nature and function of the virtual experiments are slowly changed with the times, the emergence of new learning concept for the development of virtual experiment brings some new perspective. For the status of traditional virtual resource in the application of current teaching poor, this paper presents a new type of virtual experiments resource building mode. By combining tradition virtual experiment with micro-course, effectively solve the traditionalvirtual experiments is given priority of experimental simulation,relativelackofteachingaidsinformationproblems.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part analyze theon the status of experimental teaching and virtual experiment learning to put forward the concept of learning virtual experiments. This section points out the shortcomings of the existing resources in the conventional virtual experiment teaching functions, it proposes to introducingthe micro-course into virtual experiments, formanewtypeof learningresourcedevelopmentmode.Based on the blended learning theory, The second part first analysis the virtual experiments function in more in-depth: virtual experiment is not only do experimental imitation, but also is a new learning tool. Secondly, based on the micro-learning theory, concise and important learning materialcan help the learners’ learning more concentrateand efficient. In addition, the cone of learning theory show us the combination of learning and doing can improve learning efficiency. Based on the above analysis, this paper from the perspective of experimental design, from teachers and students in a separate environment, this new learning resource can help learner’s learning independently. For the advantage is analysis to help learners understand the significance of the experiment, proven theory, completed the design of virtual experimental teaching methods.The third part is an important part of this paper, combined with instructional design methods and virtual learning experimental characteristics, it introduces the learning virtual experimental resources design methods and development process. To make the virtual experiment truly reflects the "learner-centered" design concept, split the experiment into small pieces according to knowledge point of it, insert micro-course in different positions during the experiment interventional lesson content, anddesign the entire development process.The fourth part is the development and application of experimental cases. High school physics experiment teaching as a typical experiment teaching,we choose it as an object to make five cases based on the previous studies, by selecting representative objects as a learning virtual experiment applied research in front on the basis of the design and development of the five typical cases, and take "self-made polarizer" experiment as an example, described the details of the construction process of this case. Finally,bypracticalusing,summarizedthedesign problemsandshortcomings.The fifth part is a summary, is to analyzed the achievements and deficiencies of the study,andmaketheprospectofvirtualexperimentfuturedevelopment.
