So far, our country has been developing the new curriculum reform more than 10 years,there are still many issues remain to be solved. In 2011, the 21 st Century Education Research Institute carried out a joint survey, the survey showed that the difficulty of the teaching was increased and the burden of the students had not reduced but increased after the new curriculum reform.Besides there were only 25% of the teachers satisfied with the result of the new curriculum reform. In order to improve the students’ practical ability of philosophy, many teachers add practice, collaboration and communion in the classroom, thus consuming plenty of time so that teachers must give students much more homework than before.In recent years, the application of information technology in the teaching process is more and more common. The Flipped Classroom known as a combination of online teaching and face-to-face teaching fully rise in the United States and set off a craze in China.A large number of experts and scholars have done researched on it.The Flipped Classroom uses micro videos to teach, which totally changes the traditional learning mode, in which students study in class and practice after school by themselves then practice in class. Students learn at their own pace and complete video learning; The teachers supervise the students’ problem and solve these problems by preparing lessons before class.This paves the inquiry- based on a good level and provides it with broad space and time. The research on The Flipped Classroom in our country is still in the initial stage.Due to the culture and the influence of factors such as the economy,only in the smaller range has carried on the practice exploration. This paper focuses on the meaning of the flipped classroom and it’s application in physics teaching in the middle school in order to make the majority of high school physics teacher to have a comprehensive understanding.The thesis is divided into five parts. In the first part, the author discusses the background and significance of the research, analyzes the present situation of the research, and determines the research methods and research content. The second part,the author expounds the meaning of teaching mode and defines the flipped classroom based on the teaching mode and learning theory through a large number of literature research. The third part, the author constructs the middle school physics flippedclassroom teaching model on the base of studying the domestic and foreign typical flipped classroom teaching models and combination of physical discipline characteristic.The fourth part, the author describes the notes in making micro videos and the operation method of the specific production software; the fifth part, combining with the author’s flipped classroom teaching model, the author makes a preliminary design of the teaching of ‘Ohm’s Law’. The sixth part is about the problem of the flipped classroom in our country.Through this paper, we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the flipped classroom, which has a certain reference function for the physics teachers to implement the flipped classroom.
