Traditional Festival is terminal on the river,It is also different from the daily life. The culture of each Chinese traditional festival has been a connotation of the profound traditional culture and national spirit, through various celebrations and ceremonies reflected. Schools should include the traditional festival of traditional virtues, into the students’ daily behavior habit forming education system, with the students’ daily ideological and moral education and management of sophisticated combination.The phase in the primary school is the key period for the children’s transition from the moral discipline to self-discipline. Traditional Festival includes rich moral education thought, that can be drawn on as excellent materials for quality education. It also for moral education provides good opportunities. But, various problems which related to moral education can be observed in the processes of teaching design,teaching implementation,teaching environment creation and teaching activity organization in primary school.For this reason, the paper presented focus on content organization and supplement, pay attention to the infiltration of ethics in teaching, and the practice outside class aimed at above-mentioned problems. Obviously,it is severely meaningful to find out the way to fulfill such connotation.
