With the rapid development of China’s higher education, the higher art education also spreads gradually from elites to the mass. Art students in colleges and universities, as a special group, are unique and distinctive in their personality and characteristics: they are open-minded, sensitive and impulsive. On the other hand, their own unique artistic temperament has brought tensions in their interpersonal skills. Their behavior often goes against people’s traditional evaluation criteria, which brings new thinking and challenges for students management in art colleges and universities. Art education administrators in colleges and universities are now faced with the important subject of grasping the art students’ personalities, carrying out practical and effective education management methods, improving the arts students management work, and providing better services for their growth.
