In this paper, problem solving starts from the problems,discussing the type of integrated application questions,such questions are closer to real life,involving a variety of disciplines’ content.This kind of problem is more open,it can develop students’ divergent thinking, and it is biased in favor of ill-structured problems,it does not have obvious solution steps. Such problem has its design requirements:it has to fit the learner’s experience, it should be gradual, it should meet the learners at zone of proximal development, it has to be open,and it has to be comprehensive.This paper involves the six modules of high school information technology curriculum,based on six modules’ content referred to in curriculum standards,analyzing six modules’ characteristics and the content of each module suitable for problem-solving.According to each module’s characteristics,designing some problem solving methods for it.Then basing on the typical problem-solving process, integrating the characteristics of the high school information technology curriculum,design the problem solving teaching process and the model of high school information technology infrastructure,and according to this model,design unit cells and problems for the suitable content of information technology infrastructure module,including four unit cells and nine problems’ design.On the basis of unit cells and problems’ design,high school information technology infrastructure’s teaching modules based on problem solving process are in detail design.Based on problem solving’s high school information technology infrastructure’s teaching applications’ design including the choice of subjects and the composition of the questionnaire.After the teaching implementation of the problem solving,the teaching effectiveness evaluate from two aspects,on the one hand,it evaluates from the formative evaluation based on students’ work,on the other hand,it evaluates from the summative evaluation based on the questionnaire of problem solving’s teaching effect,the questionnaire evaluates about students’ problem solving quality,problem solving competence,attitudes towards problem solving and so on.After doing T-test analysis and analyzing the data by using SPSS,as can be seen that students of the experimental classes have better problem solving consciousness and ability.This paper has a certain practical value,it provides reference for problem solving’s teaching design and implementation in information technology;and this paper also has theoretical value for high school information technology infrastructure’s questionable design,problem solving’s process design,and problem solving teaching’s evolution.
