Since the success of National Language Movement, vernacular writing into the writing of Primary and Secondary Education, it has been 100 years of history. Today, however, there are still many problems in the area of teaching writing has not been properly solved. In this case, go back and re-examine the academic master Liang Qichao’s Thoughts on Writing Teaching at the beginning of vernacular writing education. It plays an important role for leading the teaching of writing in the right, efficient direction.This paper is divided into five parts. The part of preface expounds the origin and describes the current situation and method of research of Liang Qichao’s Thoughts on Writing Teaching.The first chapter analyzed the background and personal reasons as the reason of Liang Qichao’s thoughts on writing teaching, including a series of changes occurring in the field of early twentieth century literature and education, some shortcomings of teaching writing in middle school and Liang Qichao’s advocate and practice in writing education.The second chapter, as the focus of the entire study,described and explained the main contents of Liang Qichao’s thoughts on writing teaching. To study Liang Qichao’s thoughts on writing teaching, This chapter is divided into four parts in sequence of teaching: Teaching Plans, Teaching Content, Teaching Methods and After-school Writing Assignments. Before the start of writing teaching, teachers need to do the preparatory work to develop a complete lesson plans, teaching content planning of various genres used to teach lessons, choreography step by step, choosing the right essay for students and promote a decrease in student writing. The core of teaching content is teaching students organize and record thought. Liang Qichao guide students in collection,screening, tissue material, convey ideas and other aspects. In the whole process of teaching, Liang Qichao advocated to use teaching methods like group and discussions, emphasizing self-learning ability. After the classroom teaching, teachers should arrange composition topic and prepare related materials for the students. In the process of marking student assignments, Liang Qichao advocated reform to change the traditional way of commentary, allow students to participate in the assessment reform.The third chapter focuses on the history and reality of the value of Liang Qichao’s thoughts on writing teaching. His thoughts has unique historical value in disseminate practical style, reverse stereotyped wind, mode of Teaching and the spirit of science. Real value lies in the current two middle school curriculum standards about writing and teaching which were inherited and broke through his thoughts. His thoughts inspired on today’s high school teaching of writing, helping the majority of Chinese educators to solve practical problems and improve work efficiency.The conclusion part summarizes the main points of this article, noting that a lot of shortcomings, hoping this paper can do some good to the research of related fields.
