Over the past 30 years, China had undergone three market-oriented reforms with rapid economic growth. Nowadays, The Chinese economy come into the new normal, government begin to implement a new round of deepening reforms, such as the directional control, decentralization, to foster Innovation and Entrepreneurship. These make the entrepreneurial environments present an unprecedented situation. Who can recognize entrepreneurial opportunities easier, and how do they make enterprises keep competitive advantages. These are some problems to be solved in entrepreneurship research.In view of the influence factors of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, scholars studied them from trait theory, process theory, and personal and opportunity factors. Some studies demonstrated that proactive personalities have important roles in the process of entrepreneurship. If they want to find unique entrepreneurial opportunities, for one thing, they need build and develop social network through the network capacities, to obtain the critical resources required to help entrepreneurs to evaluate opportunities; for another, network capabilities can help entrepreneurs to develop and use of social capital, promote the search for critical resource owners,overcome the floating caused by environmental uncertainty. The domestic scholars have less researches on proactive personalities, and mainly in the work team, performance, career decision making, etc, rarely appear in the field of entrepreneurship. If any, they also rarely mentioned the inherent mechanism between them. Therefore, this study is based on the dynamic perspective of entrepreneurs’ network capabilities, to build the research model of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. The study find the proactive personalities entrepreneurs can recognize entrepreneurial opportunities significantly, and redraw entrepreneurs’ proactive personalities dimensions, enrich the theory of proactive personalities research, Further analysis showed that proactive personalities can influence entrepreneurial opportunity recognition through the network capacity. The value of this study is: In theory, has identified the factors affecting entrepreneurial opportunities from the dynamic perspective on micro level; In practice, has provided the beneficial enlightenment for entrepreneurs, schools and social entrepreneurship education.Under the background of Chinese unique culture, the study acquire valid data samples from the domestic entrepreneurs in East China, SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0 was used for variable factors analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, to examine the relationship between the three variables. The results showed as follows: Proactive personalities and network capabilities can directly influence entrepreneurial opportunity recognition; Proactive personalities also directly effect on network capabilities; Between proactive personalities and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, network capabilities play the role of partial mediation.
