University Network Ideological And Political Education Research From The Perspective Of The Network Interpersonal Communication

In order to solve the problems above, this paper introduces the the the perspective of the network interpersonal communication, trying to find the coupling between the the network interpersonal communication and the research on university network ideological and political education.Firstly, this paper introduces the related theory of network interpersonal communication,which can be referenced by university network ideological and political education. Secondly,the paper analyzes the overall impact on university network ideological and political education by the behavior of network interpersonal communication, that is the influence of ecosystem of the educator, college students and university ideological and political education and apperceive the opportunities and challenges faced by on university network ideological and political education. Finally, the paper discuss proposal of the university network ideological and political education from the perspective of the network interpersonal communication.The proposal include three aspects: Firstly, by the support of the network technology, to have a new sublimation on thinking,that is college students-oriented and apperceiving college students’ needs and experience; expression of educational content should show the charm of network linguistic expression, teaching methods should be combined with the related theory of network interpersonal communication, the change of education network media should keep pace with the times of network; to master the right to network speak for the target, emphasis on the role of opinion leaders can not be ignored, put the feedback of network education as the thrust, the feedback of network education communication is the important link to promote communication and transmission of education. Secondly, there should be a new idea in the team construction of university network ideological and political education, that is to redefine the network ideological and political educator and propose mechanism of the corresponding construction and safeguard. Finally, to have a new creation method in the university network ideological and political education work, that is to carry out the university network ideological and political education work by referencing the theory of network interpersonal communication; to improve the mode of the university network ideological and political education by network technology; to integrate the resources on network media carrier to form force of the network ideological and political education; to pay attention on and take advantage of feedback information and establish smooth mechanism of feedback; to pay attention on the role of network media gatekeeper.
