Data is an objective existence evolving along with the process of social development and human progress.It develops with the development of social phenomena and emerges with the emergence of social behaviors.Big Data is the product of the accumulation of information explosion that has come to a degree of revolution and a result of qualitative translation caused by quantitative change.With the advent of the age of Big Data which is featured by the large-scale production,sharing and application of data,individuals become both the consumers and producers of data on the internet.The important features of large in quantity,various in types,fast speed and the low value density have made Big Data a valuable information resource,showing great scientific and social values.In universities,everyone,including the college students,is at the same time the manufacturer,the disseminator,the user and the analytic target of Big Data.In a new era of multi-cultural interaction and the vigorous development of Big Data,how to utilize the Big Data scientifically,efficiently,reasonably and legitimately,how to excavate the underlying law of theuniversity network ideological and political education,as well as how to improve the quality and pertinence of university ideological and political education,not only relate to the growth and development of young people,but also relate to the development of the nation and the future of our society.There is no doubt that Big Data has provided a more accurate data background as well asmore rich and reliable educational techniques for the university ideological and political education,which can improveits pertinence and scientificity.While at the same time,the rapid development and tremendous changes of network environment and technology brought by Big Data has also put some new pressure on the university ideological and political education.Therefore,it has become a major problem that requires in-depth researches to recognize the opportunities and challenges brought by Big Datato the university ideological and political education,to find out the objective law of university ideological and political education using Big Data,to construct an innovative system of it from the perspective of Big Data,so as to adapt to the new situations,rules as well as the requirements of university ideological and political education in an era of Big Data and promote its development.This paper unfolds from general to respective.Qualitative and quantitative analysis,normative and empirical analysis,literature analysis and Big Data technologies are synthetically used to closely combine Big Data and university network ideological and political education,to discuss how to identify and utilize the law of university ideological and political education from the perspective of Big Data,to construct an innovative system of it and to promote the innovation of university network ideological and political education with the using of Big Data techniques.Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis and actual situations of university network ideological and political education from the perspective of network data,this paper proposed an innovative system of university network ideological and political education,and further adopted the method of structured system analysis to carry out an in-depth research on decomposition of it from the perspective of Big Data.Specifically,it includes:First,based on the definitions of the basic categories such as network ideological and political education,Big Data,this paper systematically interprets and summarizes the relevant theoretical resources of the university network ideological and political education,such as Marx's theory of the dialectical relationship betweensocial existence and social awareness,Marx's theory of human nature,men' s all-round development theory,the theory of human needs,the theory of science promoting the development of society,and the socialist indoctrination theory.This paper points out that,the Marxismhas established the logical starting point,value orientation,function orientation and the constructiondirection for the application of Big Data in university network ideological and political education,and the Big Data provides a technical means to realize the university network ideological and political education and riches the technical means to apply and disseminate the Marxism in university network ideological and political education.Second,based on the analysis of the realistic foundations from the perspective of Big Data,this paper puts forward the realistic feasibilitiesof the innovation of university network ideological and political education.This paper points out that,in the current and future society,the traditional university network ideological and political education has shown many problems and shortcomings with the rapid change and development of information technology and the network environment.In the face of an era filled with major opportunities and challenges brought by Big Data,the concepts of university network ideological and political education needs innovation,the method needs to be improved,and the techniques need to be developed.Therefore,the innovation of university network ideological and political education from the perspective of Big Data is not only a calling of the time,but also a demand of the reality.Third,based on the analysis of the basic ideas,tasks,goals and principles of the construction of the innovative system of university network ideological and political education from the perspective ofBig Data,this paper constructs a systematic framework of university network ideological and political education innovation from the perspective of Big Data.The paper points out that,from inside to the outside,the innovation system of university network ideological and political education consists of elements such as the concepts,mechanisms,paths and carriers with different features and functions.The innovation of university ideological and political education from the perspective of Big Data should be unfolded from four aspects.Fourth,the theoretical innovation of university network ideological and political education from the perspective of Big Datais discussed in this paper.It is pointed out that,the idea innovation is the core of the system innovationof university network ideological and political education from the perspective of Big Data,and it is the key to guide the innovation ofthe other levels.From the perspective of Big Data,the innovation of university network ideological and political education should focus on establishing the concept of all-round education,setting up the values of focusing and reappearing,and establishing the concept of integration of customization and quantification.Fifth,this paper discusses the path innovation of the university network ideological and political education from the perspective of Big Data.Aiming at the path dependence of university network ideological and political education formed by different causes,motivations and complex correlations,this paper made an in-depth analysis from the perspective of mind-break,system optimization,as well as adaptive dynamic analysis and proposed a best solution to the path dependence of the traditional university network ideological and political education.Then,from the cluster screening and identification at the education content level,the dynamic allocation at the resource level,to the collaborative joint at the final method level,from theory to case,from concept to implementation,layer by layer,this solution delivers the university network ideological and political education the the education evaluation and the feedback model,a mechanism of “Dynamic evaluation feedback” of university network ideological and political education is brought out.Through analysis of technical safety,ethics,personal privacy,a security mechanism of university network ideological and political education is put forward.In summary,based on the theoretical researches and realistic analysis,this paper constructed a systematic framework of the innovation of university network ideological and political educationfrom the perspective of Big Data and then analyzed and elaborated layer by layer the different levels of this system,including the the concept innovation,path innovation,carrier innovation and mechanism innovation,so as to provide useful support and reference for the innovation of universityideological and political education from the perspective of Big Data.
