In the context of diversified values in Contemporary Social Transformation in China, school moral education is facing various problems. Such as the deficiency in the core value, the serious separation between knowledge and action, the singleness of activity carriers, the lack of school-based teaching characters, etc. Basing on the real situation in Primary School A, this article will present the research topic “ ‘One good deed a day’-- the school-based training of moral education for pupils ”, try to focus on “goodness”, make the core values of school moral education clearly, let the actions to be the way, reflect the subjectivity and practicableness of the moral education, view the construction and fulfillment of school-based moral system as a means, improve the systematisms and effectiveness of moral education, realize the inheritance and innovation of school-based moral education. And final fulfil the aims of moral education for our students.“Goodness” is the good character inside, but also the explicit deed people show; “Goodness” means the deed or cases that can promote the social progress or good for others. “One good deed a day”—the school-based training of moral education for pupils try to guide student to do one good thing every day, good for others or for themselves. To feel through doing the thing. Which can make them feel the moral rules and learn to obey the rules, form the habit of “doing good things” and develop the good characters inside.“One good deed a day”—the school-based training of moral education for pupils designed six parts, the self-love, frugalness, honesty, appreciation, comity and cooperation. And view these parts as the outline to arrange the moral education contents into different levels, and also take the different body and mind characteristics of students in different grades into account, solve the problem of “What good things can do” and make students have goodness to do. On this basis, to be guided by the practical principle of morality education and the psychological development rules of students, reconstruct the ways of “One deed a day” and put them into practice. Solve the problem of “How to do good things”, to let students “know ‘goodness’, do ‘goodness’, be good through doing well”. In practicing, we put into the moral educational practice – “One good deed a day” by the ways as follows: First, appropriate research of school classes, such as the hold of “The presentation of knowing goodness and sense”, “One good deed a day” class meeting, the carry out of “Good habits, let’s practice” course, etc. Second, the activities of Festivals in school. Third, the combination of subjects’ moral education, such as subjects’ characteristic activities, the moral education in different subjects and the specific moral homework, etc. Fourth, the extension of social practical activities, such as the transformation and upgrading of spring outing and autumn outing, the specific activities in vacations. Fifth, subtle influence of campus environment, such as the design of “Six goodness scenes in campus”, the put up of “Showing goodness words”, the arrangement of “the convention wall of good deed” etc. To promote practical effect, we design and carry out the evaluation mechanism of “One good deed a day”.
