Purpose:Heart rate variability analysis can be used as reflect the status of autonomic nervous regulation on cardiovascular system of a valuable non-invasive method.This paper aims to explore 24 weeks spinning and jogging two kinds of exercise intervention for 45 to 59 irregular exercise middle-aged heart rate variability index affect the change rule of related research. To, to effectively improve the health of middle-aged people in our country, provide the scientific guidance.Methods:In this article, through social recruitment selection voluntarily participate in the exercise of xi’an 45 to 59, irregular exercise middle-aged 60 as experimental subjects, to 24 weeks of spinning and jogging exercise intervention. USES the literature material method, experimental method and mathematical statistics methods such as statistical analysis of heart rate variability index before and after the movement to study different exercise intervention on middle-aged changes in heart rate variability index.Results:1. Two kinds of exercise intervention, two groups of subjects of HRV time domain and frequency domain indicators are no significant difference (P>0.05); 2. Bicycle group of men after the exercise intervention time domain index changes of HR, RMSSD have significant difference (P<0.05), TP, HF, LF/HF frequency domain index changes have significant difference (P<0.05), and other indicators there was no significant difference (P>0.05); 3. The bike group of women after the exercise intervention time domain index changes of HR, SD2 have significant difference (P<0.05), TP, LF and LF/HF frequency domain index changes have significant difference (P<0.05), and other indicators no significant difference (P> 0.05); 4. Jogging group male HR after the exercise intervention to reduce have significant difference (P<0.05), TP, HF, LF/HF frequency domain index changes have significant difference (P<0.05), other indexes had no significant difference (P> 0.05); 5. Jogging in the group of women after the exercise intervention time domain index RMSSD, PNN50 changes have significant difference (P<0.05), TP, the change of HF frequency domain index had significant difference (P<0.05), and other indicators no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. After 24 weeks of spinning and jogging after the intervention, middle-aged people quiet condition significantly lower heart rate, show that two kinds of aerobic exercise make the heart function, increase potential, cardiac reserve capacity has been improved to a certain; 2.24 weeks of tracking experiments show that the two spinning and jogging exercise could improve the heart rate variability to the middle-aged people are. But can be seen from the change of related indicators before and after the intervention, jogging more can improve the tension of sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve and improve the regulation of autonomic nervous function;3. The movement after the change of heart rate variability and balance of the sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve has a direct relationship. Movement before and after the intervention of the characteristics of heart rate variability and related indicators change can be used as evaluation of fitness effect and the effective index of state of the masses.
