Uader The Multicultural Perspective Graduate Students Cultivation Research Of Socialist Core Values

The core values of socialism under the trend of economic globalization, exchanges between people increasingly deep, the collision of different cultures blend, the formation of multiple cultural prosperity. The college education is a high level of education in our country, the development of China’s socialism is the cause of science and technology talents required reserves, a strong impetus to the implementation of rejuvenating China through science and education and the strategy of technology innovation, and the values are goal oriented behavior and life, it has affected the human practice in the aspects of consciousness, etc. various kinds of activities, so in the current social background, strengthen the socialist core values of college students cultivation imminent. This paper mainly carries on the elaboration from five aspects:first, in the theoretical level of the connotation and characteristics of multi culture were analyzed, and a detailed analysis of the reasons of multicultural society in our country is formed; then elaborated the cultural concept of cultivating the influence as well as the problems of the current college socialist core value, and using the analytic hierarchy process (Analytical Hierarchy Process, AHP), in order to reveal the factors important degree in the process of cultivating the concept in college students’ socialist core values, construction of College Students’ socialist core values cultivation quality evaluation system, and according to the above analysis put forward in favor of Contemporary College Students’ socialist core values Cultivation Countermeasures and suggestions, to promote the socialist core values of college students development work to fully play its important role in the teaching and education in Colleges and universities, and lay a solid foundation to cultivate innovative talents of high quality for the new period.
