Document NO.1 of the Central Government proposed that China will build a modern agriculture around, speed up transformation of agricultural development, increase farmers’ income, to further promote the new rural construction, to further promote the construction of new rural roads. The farmers is agricultural modernization core crowd, It will directly affect the overall quality of China’s ability to into a modern agricultural road. Improving the quality of farmers is to promote high-quality, high yield, high efficiency, the development of ecological agriculture of premise. Advantages of technology, resources and cost of distance education is more suitable for the existing status quo of China’s rural education.I have taken the literature review, questionnaires, interviews and other methods, and focused on the following aspects:1. Define concepts, including mode and the concept of remote training of farmers.2. The author will analyzed and summarized the research status of remote training of farmers, exploring the existing problems of remote training of farmers and the results achieved, learning adult education theory, theory of distance education, instructional interaction theory.3. The author investigates the remote training of farmers which have been carried out. On the basis of survey, I will design the questionnaire about remote training farmers.The analysis of survey data will provide the basis for farmers remote training mode building.4. Building farmers remote training model based on the Internet. According to the application of the Internet development trend and technology, Base on the principle of building model, I will design the training process, construct suitable for farmers in the remote Internet training mode. This mode is dominated by the government, the enterprise participation, based on the technology of the Internet. The model by the managers responsible for the entire training activities, to guide the learners as fully as possible to participate in every link of teaching.5. The author will be for the use of the farmers remote training mode based on Internet for validation. Through the analysis of data collection, I will practice has proved that the model has a certain practical application value.By studying the following conclusions:Web-based remote training farmers have already have all the material conditions. Farmers of the remote training design should meet the basic needs of farmers, to enrich the teaching interactive activities to maintain the enthusiasm of learners to participate in.
