“ Anti-school culture” is a cultural phenomenon which against the traditional school culture,its principle is to challenge the authority and estrange the traditional culture with the behaviors like class absence, fighting against each other, smoking and drinking alcohol etc.“Anti-school culture” is not only harmful to the construction of school culture but also a barrier to the national culture development and enhancement of the quality of citizen。With the expansion of college enrollment in recent years, the number of college students increases, and more and more research are focused on the college students to study the“Anti-school culture” of college. Little attention was paid to the secondary vocational school students. On the one hand, in a certain sense, they are the losers in the exam. They have more psychological burdens so we should pay more attention to their psychological and behavioral changes; on the other hand, in recent years, more and more attention are paid to the cultivation of professional and technical personnel,although there are need for academic experts, in view of the current situation in our country, more practical professional talents are needed, especially the secondary vocational school students, so the “Anti-school culture” has more and more practical significance.From this point of view, this paper takes the secondary vocational students as the main research object, and studies the problem of “Anti-school culture” in the secondary vocational school students. The investigation takes w school in Yantai City as an example, the author makes use of the advantage of teaching in the school, holds a careful investigation, through interviewing parents, teachers and students, makes a classification of secondary vocational school students’ “Anti-school culture”behaviors, lay the foundation for further study of its causes. In the core part of this paper, the author makes use of the form of questionnaire survey to analyze the causes of the secondary vocational school students’ “Anti-school culture” from four aspects of social, school, family and individual respectively and finally put forward the future direction of improvement. The research of “Anti-school culture” in the secondary vocational school students not only provides a way to solve the problem of students’ “ Anti-school culture”, but also helps to improve the comprehensive quality of ourcountry’s workers in the future.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the synopsis, through combing the previous research results, put forward ideas and direction of this research.The second part introduces the author’s research content, taking the Yantai W school as the case, the author uses the interview method to understand the situation of students’ “Anti-school culture”, and classifies the “Anti-school culture” behaviors into the 3types, indifference, rebel and indulgence. Then, through the questionnaire survey, this paper explores the deep-seated reasons of the “Anti-school culture”. In this part, the author summarizes from 4 perspectives of social, school, family and individual and each perspective is discussed in details. The last part is the conclusion of the article.Through the research on the classification and the reasons of the “Anti-school culture”,the paper puts forward the constructive suggestions to solve the problem of the“Anti-school culture” in the future.
