In this background, more and more kindergartens to teachers and parents of communication problems in an important position, attaches great importance to the family and the kindergarten multi-faceted communication, form produced kindergarten, family environment.This article USES the method of literature at home and abroad in recent years, generalizes the research achievement about family education, through investigation and interviews to understand the problems of communication and experimental kindergarten teachers and parents. For kindergarten teachers and parents communication content, communication channels, and communication strategies and so on are analyzed, and further to explore the causes of problems.Preschool teachers and parents communication contents include:young children’s behavior habits, young children’s learning situation, young children’s social ability and physical growth of children. On the problems existing in the communication process-how many parents pay more attention to children learning knowledge, communication, lay particular stress on the content of the shortage of young children, the biphasic lack of communication.
