With the reform of education, preschool education more and more get people’s attention and concern. On the one hand, parents are keen to understand children’s development, there are a lot of problem of education hopes to help solve and cooperate with the kindergarten teachers and so on, on the other hand the kindergarten also has a lot of problems need to communicate with parents, such as children’s living habits, physical development and learning ability. In this background, more and more kindergartens to teachers and parents of communication problems in an important position, attaches great importance to the family and the kindergarten multi-faceted communication, form produced kindergarten, family environment.This article USES the method of literature at home and abroad in recent years, generalizes the research achievement about family education, through investigation and interviews to understand the problems of communication and experimental kindergarten teachers and parents. For kindergarten teachers and parents communication content, communication channels, and communication strategies and so on are analyzed, and further to explore the causes of problems.Preschool teachers and parents communication contents include:young children’s behavior habits, young children’s learning situation, young children’s social ability and physical growth of children. On the problems existing in the communication process-how many parents pay more attention to children learning knowledge, communication, lay particular stress on the content of the shortage of young children, the biphasic lack of communication. From the concept of education, teachers and parents status two aspects analyzes the problems existing in the communication.Teachers and parents of communication channels mainly include:parents, home journal, parents Open Day and transport communication, network and home visits, etc. The problems existing in the communication channels have-the use of network communication more and less face-to-face communication, the depth of communication, etc. From the management system, parents and teachers’ personality, communication skills, etc, analysis the cause of the problem.In order to solve the problems existing in the communication, this research from the respect, trust and understanding; The institutionalization of communication; Improve the ability of teachers and parents to communicate; Teachers’ communication art; The diversity of communication channels from several aspects, and puts forward strategies to improve the quality of communication.
