| Cycling once was the leading sport of competitive sports in Shanxi Province, which was made many records in the history of Chinese cycling sport. Cyclists in Shanxi Province have repeatedly been on behalf of China to participate in the international bicycle competition and got excellent grades, and won honor for China. However, in recent years, this former leading sport developed slowly and could hardly achieve good results in the cycling contests in the whole country. The lack of reserve talented cyclists in an unignorable momentous factor that affects the development of Shanxi competitive cycling. Therefore, it is necessary to study of training up of reserve talented cyclists in Shanxi Province, in order to make the current problems existing in reserve talented cyclists in Shanxi Province clear, come up with relevant countermeasures, and promote the development of competitive cycling in Shanxi Province.This research uses the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, logical analysis and mathematical statistics to inquire 5 managers,11 coaches and 119 back-up cyclists from Taiyuan The Third Sport School, Datong Sport School, Jinzhong Sport School and Changzhi Sport School.From the study and analyze of backup talent cyclists systerm, mechanism and mode, the present situation of the athletes selection, training, learning, competition issues, we get the following conclusions:1.The training up of backup talented competition cyclists in Shanxi Province is under the leadership of "the systerm", combing "three-level training network" and "teaching & training" and focusing on sports systerm.This training model is good for the development of their athletic ability, but can’t guarantee their education level.2.At present, the security systerm of reserve talented competitive cyclists in Shanxi Province is not perfect. The future of the backup athletes is one of the biggest problems that affect the training up of reserve talented competitive cyclists in Shanxi Province.3.The reserve talented competitive cyclists in Shanxi Province come from the countryside and they are not the onli children. Their family condition is about average, but they work hard. Their attitude toward training is positive and serious. Being good athletes makes them devote themselves more to training, witch can improve their training efficiency.4.The age of the reserve talented competitive cyclists in Shanxi Province is reasonable. Their education level is usually high, but most is nominal. The coaches have much experience in exercising and teaching, higherly qualified, but they participate in professcial training less, and the overall scientific research ability is not a little bad. These are not conducive to improve the level of scientific training.5.Coaches pay great attention to the selection of athletes, but due to the shortage of cyclists, the selection is really difficult. In addition, the lack of advanced testing instruments and the poor condition of scientific selection result in the rigorousness in athletes selecting.6.The training condition of the reserve talented competitive cyclists in Shanxi Province is poor. The training sites, equipments, funds are in short, which can’t meet the requirements of reserver personal training.7.Shanxi Province athletic cycling systerm is unreasonable; the athletes participate too less in competitions; the lack of experience, poor psychological quality as well as the poor ability to adapt to competitions, are all not conducive to the improvement of athletes.8.The reserve talented competitive cyclists spend little time on daily academic study, and the atmosphere of learning in the team is poor, which can’t guarantee the academic performance of the athletes. |
