Network education in our country has entered upon a new phase since the Ministry of Education published The Developing Program of Educational Informatization in 10 years in May 2012. From that time on, the importance of network education in education system of our country is constantly reinforces. Beyond that, the Ministry of Education also published The Essentials of Work in 2016 and The Opinions to the Open University to clear the missions, targets and developing direction. Therefore, network education will keep the attention of educational circles of our country in a long future.Adult is the major student group of network education, so research the influence factors and improvement strategies based on the traits of psychology and cognization of adult is an effective method to respond to the call of Ministry of Education and improvement the quality of network education and promote the informatization of education. A number of adult students from some organization and institution of network education will be the research objects in this research. In the beginning of this research, past research conclusions and the result of content analysis by Nvivo from interviews will be used to build the hypothetical model. Then the Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA) by SPSS will be used to find the influence factors of motivation of adult learners in network education and the Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) by AMOS will be used to verify the correctness of model. On this basis, independent-samples T test will be used to find the otherness of different student groups in influence factors, and the reasons of these otherness will be sufficient discussed. At last, the improvement strategies rely on the model will be discussed.Generally speaking, this research is a process from assumption to verification, from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis and from theory to practice. This research might provide some valuable thoughts and references to the future researches in the network education field.
