In addition to the help and support, to have certain ability to care for the disabled people also need through to raise their ability to enjoy life. When the power of the ego cannot ascend itself to ideal state, need outside help. Social work focus on vulnerable groups of people in need of help, so this article to the disabled as the research object to explore the method and the way that social work to help others.In this paper, based on the case work for social work methods, in-depth study has a certain ability to care for disabled people how to promote self-care ability, can give the help of the outside world, and explore the method of disabled people life quality improvement. The article will be divided into four parts besides the introduction, the first part mainly to define the concept, introduced the method applied to work in the process of social work. The second part of HG community as the main research area, through investigation and research of the community of relevant disabled, found the quality of life for the disabled and life self-care ability present situation and problems, analyze the causes of this problem. The third part mainly case work method, work object for a certain life self-care ability but the ability to care for the existing problems of the disabled, to step in. The fourth part summarizes the conclusions and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions. Through the study found that the development of social work still need to be perfect, social work for the disabled to cause the attention of social workers.
