New Oriental education technology group is the first domestic listed education training institutions abroad, it has more than half of the knowledge-type employees, and its training is also a very difficult task.Education training institutions, the teacher is an important asset for the enterprise.Teachers who have knowledge not only become a driving force for the development of the enterprise, but also the main provider of enterprise core competitiveness. How to enterprise improve their own value, obtain further development, and set up what kind of strategy, all depends on the power of teachers. Teacher training for the enterprise have to be injected into power.However, not only New Oriental group, but also education and training institutions in our country, has no complete system of teacher training. On the human resource management and using, teachers’ liquidity and can’t on his post long-serving are both very in common. Therefore, it can be badly in need of the establishment of a effective teacher training system, to survive the enterprise in the future, and also to ensure the teachers’ own interests.This paper basis on the basic theory of education and training. According to the training present situation, the characteristics of the knowledge staff training at new Oriental school in Beijing as an example to study the training institutions and how todesign and build the teacher training system. It’s related problems is also a good example. First, in the introduction to the knowledge staff training, the related literature and theory were summarized, including the Maslow demand model, the Kirkpatrick four assessment model, the theory give the paper for full text writing basis; Secondly, in the problem analysis, through the analysis of the status quo of Beijing new Oriental school, it can be find that the current teacher training institutions has many problems and shortcomings. Such as, training system is not yet mature,training plan can’t meet the demand of training, training system is not reasonable, no effective training effect evaluation, and so on. Modern education training is a complicated system engineering, education and training institutions want to be sustainable and healthy development, must be understand the shortage of its own. We can use the scientific methods or combination with the practical operation of teacher training, from training target, subject, object, process, content, methods, and training time, place, budget, and so on. To develop and build the school young teachers training system, we can combined with the regression analysis and mathematical statistics methods, such as independence test research solutions. Finally, we use the Kirkpatrick four evaluation model to evaluate the system, and design the security solutions of training system.Hope that through this article research, education and training institutions can help China have a sustainable development road, help to improve teachers’ teaching quality, and help new Oriental school. It can also help the innovation to create a new system of education and training.
