In this paper,based on the American developmental psychologist and educator, Professor Howard Gardner’"the Theory of Multiple Intelligences " and " the theory of hierarchical teaching " Origin and Enlightenment, combined with in the New period the national quality education and curriculum reform concerning the requireme nts of personnel training specifications, in the suburbs of the city, in the school where he works,the author tries to combine with " Multiple intelligence theory "and" hierarchical teaching theory ",put forward suitable for high school evaluation strategies of physics teaching to improve the efficiency of high school physics classro om teaching.Through studying multiple intelligences’evaluation rub ric and with reference to multiple intelligence questionnaire of oth er scholars, the author draw up a "high school physics Multiple I ntelligences’questionnaire" for those students of grade 2017 of Ch engdu Jitian middle school,carry out the questionnaire,based on fee dback data analysis of all the students intelligence is diverse, Inte lligence development is not balanced and individual differences, ea ch student has their own unique intelligent spectrum, students’inte lligence is malleable and can be developed,intelligent evaluation is contextualization etc. And proposed hierarchical standard based on difference of smart strengths, according to the principle of intelli gent complementary divide the students to different group.The sho w of the intelligent is contextualized,the students’intelligent level can’t only count on scores to determine,should be in the context o f specific issues, by observing the ability that students to solve p ractical problems to analyze and determine the level of students, c ombined with intelligent questionnaire feedback, also took into acc ount the evaluation views of the students from themselves and fro m each other, after a comprehensive assessment, students are gi ven level of intellectual development. Then set up experimental gr oups and reference group, the creation of the "in-group cooperatio n, competition between the two groups" the learning environment, gives students the hierarchical learning evaluation system,for stud ents’intellectual development of formative and summative assessme nt given evaluation’strategy. based on the theory of multiple int elligences, By carrying out the hierarchical Teaching Evaluation’st rategy, apparently stimulate students’interest in studying physics, i mprove the ability of students to physics literacy, and enhance the confidence of the students to learn physics, physics classroom tea ching to achieve efficient.
