The evaluation behaviors of classroom teaching of primary school teachers is a series verbal behaviors and actions and it is also a valuable judgment activities which judge students’ classroom behaviors, emotions and study activities. Primary school students thirst for other people to approve their efforts. The evaluation behaviors of classroom teaching of primary school teachers have farreaching effect on students’ learning and development of physical and mental. Meanwhile, it is an indispensable part of their professional development. Considering many reasons, the situation of these behaviors is not optimistic. Therefore, it’s very necessary to study this question.Based on questionnaire survey and aside by open interviews and classroom observation, the research investigated 183 teachers of 8 primary schools in Zhuzhou city and analyze their classroom teaching evaluation behaviors, including its form, nature, directivity, timing and suitability.By investigating, the research analyzes the problem which exists in primary teachers’ classroom teaching evaluation behaviors. It includes that the form of teaching evaluation behavior is monotonous, the positive evaluation is being generally used, the directivity of rural teachers’ teaching evaluation behavior is unbalanced and the opportunity of female teachers’ teaching evaluation behavior is not good. From the perspective of teacher,society and school,the problem is caused by many reasons. They includes the teachers’ narrow evaluation concepts and the lack of evaluation knowledge,the social utilitarianism environment and lack of teaching evaluation training,communication platform and behavior evaluation index. Based on the results of investigation and the analysis of reasons, the research put forward some optimizing countermeasures to promote the classroom teaching evaluation behavior of primary school teachers’. In the aspect of teachers, it should encourage teachers to reshape evaluation concepts and knowledge and pay more attention to develop their evaluation behaviors in the teaching evaluation practice. From the social level, it needs improving the system of evaluation as well as the policy. At the school level, it shall build an environment which can optimize evaluation behaviors.
