Fertility is most women will experience stage,because of bearing the important mission of human reproduction. Most women bear the reproductive role at the same time taking job role. Generally speaking,the conflict between fertility and work may affect women’s career development.But some people think that there is no correlation between fertility and career development, even some people think fertility should have helped to promote women’s career development. Is there relationship between fertility and women’s career development? How does it affect women’s career development?In order to verify the above problems,the author according to the existing relevant career development of measurement scale and the relevant theory developed the measurement scale about fertility effect on women’s career development. According to the questionnaire data,the paper analysis the significant difference between Women have fertility and childless women,in job involvement, career motivation, career development opportunities and career development speed. According to the data analysis,it verifies whether fertility have significant effects on women’s career development. Further analysis that fertility is how to affect women’s career development and put forward some targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.In this paper, the innovations embodied in that there is intuitive on studying fertility effects on women’s career development and it is necessary to Verify that fertility has significant effects on women’s career development, which is the basis of further reason analysis. More conducive to analyze the reasons from job involvement, career motivation, career development opportunities and career development speed. From the perspective of individual study, the countermeasures and Suggestions more meet women’s realistic demand.
