Education environment is the main material condition of studnets’ learning, which affects students’ learning process and results with its special power. For teachers, to fully understand the influences of education envrironment towards factors related to teaching is extremely significant to explore the rules of teaching and to improve teaching efficiency. the education envrironment of physical education are permeating into the process of teaching, in which it impacts the design of teaching process and teachingquality. Like air and water, physical education environment is closely related to studnets’ learning. To a certain degree, it can make sure students to learn PE safely and lively and determine the healthy development of students. Good physical education environment is the premier for developing activities and is the basic garentee for physical education to be carried out smoothly.The paper applies mainly the ways of literature, interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and logical reasoning. With sampling survey, The author investigated the present situations of 18 secondary schools of Ri Zhao in Shan Dong Province by issuing students’ questionnaires, teachers’ questionnaires’ and leaders’ questionnaires. Based on the problems of physical education environment in secondary school of Ri Zhao, the author uses Delphi method to issue expert questionnaires again, and to summarizes strategies to improve physical education environment of secondary schools in Ri Zhao.Conclusions according to research ananlysis are drawn as follows:1.The city, Rizhao is very suitable for physical exercise because of its superior natural environment.2.Most of secondary schools in the city cannot satisfy the need of physical education in terms of education environment. For example, the lack of location and equipment, a large number of students, about 60 to 70 in one class, and the shortage of funds.3. The conditions of interpersonal relationship and classroom atmosphere of PE is relatively good. The distribution of PE teachers is uneven, which cannot meet theneed of PE education. And due to the unsystematic management of schools, students do not have many opportunities to participateate in extracurricular physical exercise. And in PE class, the atmosphere is not easy to be activated. Moreover, there are fewer physical activities such as sports meeting and sports festival carried out.4.To improve physical education environment, works need be done from the following aspects: the development and use of athletic fields and equipment, the improvement of expenditure and class size, which all need the cooperation of government and authorities concerned of schools. Measures of improving cultural environment can be taken from the aspects of physical education’s tradition and atmosphere. Teaching methods and management system. |
