The Study Of Characteristics Of Development Of Children’s Gait Motion From 7~12 Years Old

Walk is a necessary stage of human movement,it is a movement to promote muscle,skelet on and nervous system further maturation and psychological further development. The study on basic law of physical characteristics of development of children’s gait motion can help human beings learn the process of motor development, which has important significance of the diagnose of the children’s walking action, Through the analysis and research of the physical characteristics of development of children’s walking action, teachers can work out the teaching plan and curriculum accorded with the development of children according to the special rules of motor development, so that can guide the students to improve skill correctly. So the study of the development of children’s gait motion means a lot. through the research methods of literature date,video recording, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, the walking gait of 243 students from Hebei Normal School was captured on videotape, then we use ulead videostudio to dispose the video, according to the analysis of action signature of each part and the whole body, the number of students from different age, the conclusions are as follows:1.The number of slightly body creep students from 7—12 is substantially increased. And the number of the majority of the students from 7 to 12 is to keep their head upright. At the time the hell touches the floor, the knee joint bends, the number of the students who bends their knee joint becomes more and more, only very few students straight their knee joints during walking.2.During walking,there is somewhat similarity in direction of toes and knees, When they are in the age of 11,the walking posture is reasonable, which can conform the human body. The proportion of the students who keep their toes straight is growing.3.During walking, at the time the heel touches the floor, they can swing arm correctly when their lateral elbow joint bents slightly,and the number of 7and 12 are almost the same.4.At the time the sole of foot touches floor, the number of the students from 8 to 9, whose knee joint bends, comes to the bottom.From 11 to 12 almost all the students bend their knee joint. Only very few students at the of 7 will straight their knee joints, but at the age of 8 and 9,there is a small increase.5.While the toe is off the floor, the number of the students who swing their arms naturally shows an upward trend with age. It increases from 40% of 7 to 90% of 12.On the contrary, the number of the students who bend the arm slightly become less and less,and at the age of 12,it drops to 10%.
