"The high school biology curriculum standard " stresses that students are the active knowledge construction to cultivate students’ ability of development, formed the good emotion, attitude and values. Especially in the "genetic and evolutionary" module, the realization of the establishment of model and other methods in the scientific research process,in the "steady state and environment" module to master the establishment of mathematical model and its life application, the model and its model teaching become a major content of the new curriculum reform. The first line of teachers in the teaching of mathematics thinking in the application of awareness and ability to have a lack of scientific development in the course of the implementation of mathematical modeling teaching.Through the theoretical study of the model building and the application of the model, the new curriculum standard will be divided into the model of high school biology textbooks: the mathematical model, the physical model, the conceptual model. Among them, the basic idea of constructing the mathematical model of teaching is to use the mathematical model to characterize the biological knowledge, from the specific knowledge situation to find out the clues, the abstract is the mathematical form, and the results are used to the practical application. The model construction process, can cultivate the students’ logical thinking ability, the use of mathematical thinking, the essence of the nature of the knowledge of the law, the use of mathematics in solving practical problems, feel the mystery of mathematics,improve the subject interest. And the mathematical model in the literature is divided into:function model, image model, permutation and combination model and probability model.According to the problems existing in the process of teaching model and visited teachers,understand that mathematical model teaching teachers to use consciousness, mathematical model of resource dispersion phenomenon, according to this phenomenon, the depth of the mining in high school biology the compulsory textbook of mathematics model, the obtained mathematical model according to the basic principles of model construction, follow theCurriculum requirements, systematic summary induction, in accordance with the comprehensive, easy to check and dynamic principle, fascicle and according to the order of chapters are listed one by one, in the form library resources appear. This text puts forward the strategy of using the mathematical model resource library of high school biology textbooks:judging the dynamic rule by function model, clarifying the data features through the image model, simplifying the process of knowledge by arranging the combination model, analyzing the development of things through the probability model.In the process of building the resource pool, the knowledge is constantly developed, and the knowledge background of the students has changed with the social environment, so the continuous development of the resource base should be revised and supplemented by the majority of teachers. Also knowledge is not independent, Professor knowledge is also diversified, for some of the knowledge points of avoid by all means can not be applied mechanically. During the process of application, the model is integrated in the teaching process, and the mathematical model, the physical model and the concept model are combined to each other.
